The provider of BizCal is Lucera Consultancy FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter "we" or "us"). These terms apply to the use of the application at biz-cal.app including all subpages and the associated mobile applications.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BizCal.
BizCal is a calendar with built-in appointment booking. You use it to manage your appointments, provide others with available time slots for booking, and coordinate appointments within your team. If you wish, you can connect a Google or Microsoft calendar so that your appointments appear there as well.
Access is provided through a personal account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.
If your access is provided through an organization, that organization may terminate it — for example, if your collaboration with it ends.
Linking a Google or Microsoft calendar is voluntary and is established by you yourself. You can disconnect it at any time in the settings. Details on the data we process in doing so can be found in the Privacy Policy.
The services of Google and Microsoft are subject to their own terms. We have no influence over their availability; if an interface fails or is changed, the connection may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee any particular level of availability. Maintenance work, disruptions at upstream providers, or force majeure may lead to interruptions. We schedule planned maintenance during periods of low usage wherever possible.
The data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service. We do not analyze it, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties — details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In the case of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of material obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper use of the service and on whose observance you may rely; in such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
BizCal does not replace your own appointment verification. For missed appointments, failed reminders, or transmission errors in connected calendars, we are liable only in accordance with the principles set out above.
You may terminate your account at any time — in the application under Settings → Account & Delete Data. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms; in the case of minor breaches, we will give you prior notice.
We may adjust these terms, for example in connection with new features or changes in the legal situation. We will inform you of changes within the application or by email. Changes that materially affect the contractual relationship — in particular the scope of services, fees, or this amendment provision itself — will only become effective if you expressly agree to them. We may make editorial adjustments and changes that exclusively benefit you without requiring your consent. If you do not agree to a material change, either party may terminate the usage relationship.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect. The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence provide otherwise.
